Integrated looks great and is easy to jump in straight out of the pool. Otherwise, a stand alone beats it in all areas. It is always hot. Cheaper to heat. More comfortable. More jets. Do you really want to be in the middle of winter (when a hot tub is best) and have to think ahead to turn on the...

I think the PB is way out of bounds to ask for more. That happened to my pool too....and the PB ate it, as they should. They said it happens pretty regularly on builds, but I never thought for a second I would have to pay more, and neither did they.

One more thing...you will need the "Deep" version of Ledge Lounger for that depth. The standard one is not made for that depth.

We built ours at 14”, and think much shallower would not be good. It’s about perfect for hanging out in or out of chairs on the ledge.

I don’t think so. We just filled our new 20x50 Gothic Design, and my wife and I were just saying how we are glad we went big and wouldn’t want it any smaller. I think you go as big as you can...I haven’t ever heard someone wish they had built a smaller pool.

Amazingly...we have not plastered yet, it is hopefully happening this week! We had a lot of delays with the county inspection process, and then the company has been slow between steps...but hopefully we finish this week. We are going with Sunstone Pearl St. Lucia Pearl. We are putting in the exact same tile right now....we are really happy with it, and I had no idea what color the grout was. I had to go look, and it looks about the same as yours, maybe 1 shade lighter. I naver thought once about the grout color until now...but it looks fine, and the tile looks...
