Hi! I tested with 2 different test kit. Same results. Pool was just replaster (brand new water in it). I am thinking Chlorine strenght as well. Have no tested right after pouring as results would not be accurate if water has not turnover would it?

We are in NJ where weather is cold. Pool store does not have outside storage. So I will hope it was inside. Last night a poured another gallon and this morning I finally detected FC at 0.5 PPM. I will check again this afternoon to see if it holds. Thanks

Hi! I tested 4 times same result. I used attached product whatever amount was needed to get to 250 PPM . I dissolved powder in a bucket and spread around pool. I tested 3 days after and it was 250 PPM as desired. Beside this only added PH down as needed.

I disconnected the unit and it appears that the fill line is either broken or disconnected from the canister as I can see a gap. So it looks like the overflown pipe is connecting to nothing. Hence water is saturating dirt around overflown pipe drain, which is causing water to come into canister...
