    Spa side placement

My spillover spa is finally getting completed! One final question I had is where to place the spa side control, any thoughts? My current idea is on the top coping on the left side as you face the spa (it will be stoned in), this way you can walk up to it and also access it easily from inside the...

Spillover Spa Left Incomplete, Can I Finish It?

Here's a couple more pictures of how the pipes come to the spa. The one with the T goes directly to the jets, the other one wraps around to the drains. Yes the hose ends have caps, so when running all of the water goes to the jets and doesn't appear to be leaking out anywhere. For the light...

Spillover Spa Left Incomplete, Can I Finish It?

Ah yes once the plumbing is fixed the plan is to add more gravel around the base to make sure it's locked in place and then add stone around the sides/top. I actually have a stone guy and I know he will be laying blocks for the stone, not sure if the plan would be to fill gravel between that and...

Spillover Spa Left Incomplete, Can I Finish It?

Sure, answers below: - Yes it's a fiberglass spa - Viking Shasta Spillover to be exact Spas - Viking Pool - The holes had to be cut in, they just got the shell - As far as I can tell the jet holes do not leak, it's possible one has a drip on the outside but definitely not anything major -...

Spillover Spa Left Incomplete, Can I Finish It?

I've been using a company to add a spillover spa to my pool but it seems that they are unable to finish the project so I'm looking for advice to see if I am able to finish it. I have some calls in to see if I can find someone else to do the work, but if I can't get someone to do the work I'm...

Easy Touch 4 valves not working for spa

Thanks for your help on this! The board was a single body so it had to be replaced. Once I get the spa up and running fully I'm sure I'll be back with configuration questions but for now I'm good :)

Easy Touch 4 valves not working for spa

Ah actually this company removed the booster pump so now I am switching to a robotic cleaner, although I'm not positive how I'm feeling about that (the booster is now hooked to the gas heater but not re-labelled). Yes my plan was to keep both heaters, I already had the heat pump so I just added...

Easy Touch 4 valves not working for spa

Ah ok thanks! Ah I was debating going with the 8 aux, any advantages to that? I thought my pool company may have said that I need 1 more for my heat pump but that may not be true (they were going to send this board in for repair...I do not trust that they know what they are doing). My equipment...

Easy Touch 4 valves not working for spa

Hmmm will a spa work with my motherboard or do I need to upgrade to a different one? I believe mine is with a P which seems to be single body, anyone know if that could be the issue? Also, what would be the correct replacement to get if that's the issue, would it be 520659?

Easy Touch 4 valves not working for spa

I just added a spa to my pool and two valves to divert the water. I am struggling to get the valves to work through easy touch though, I can manually switch them and they work so they are definitely getting power. I am using a Pentair 520712 board with version 2.100 firmware. Things I've tried...

Pool cleaner: s300i, M600, or Polaris?

Ah I hadn't considered the S200, I'll definitely check that out! Should I consider the Polaris at all or is Dolphin the best? I feel like I've been finding a lot more info on Dolphon's than Polaris.

Pool cleaner: s300i, M600, or Polaris?

I'm looking for a recommendation for a pool cleaner - adding a spillover hot tub and they said it was difficult to keep my pressure side pump in the plumbing so I'm going to dive into robotic (unless anyone thinks I should push back and get them to keep the pump/pressure side cleaner). The...

    IntelliChlor IC40 No Flow

Still no luck, I tried boosting the pump to the max speed (3400) and nothing. Here is where I get concerned, I connected the red and black wires from the cell together and the red no flow light did not turn green :(. I'm not really sure what the next step would be after that. I will say that...
