Are you updating your Omnilogic over the internet or manually using a USB stick? I update mine over the Internet and it advises me what files are available to upload. I usually make sure my firmware is running the latest. Haven't ever had any issues.

No, the issue still exists though not as loudly as when it first started. I dismantled it to clean and inspect but still the same issue.

Are you running the latest firmware from Hayward? Current running MSP R4.4

Not sure but appears it may be the impeller. I had taken it apart to clean it as hair had gotten wrapped around the shaft. Perhaps I over-tightened during reinstallation? Will back-off the screw and see if that helps. Does this thing need any lubricant? Silicone or other?

Is your firmware up-to-date? Note that Hayward has been having issues with the App lately. I did receive a message from Hayward indicating that the issue had been resolved and that a new firmware R4.4 would be released tomorrow.

Folks.... Cleaning pool with Dolphin for the first time since opening. The 2ater temp is cold only 62 F. Dolphin is still functioning and doing what it is supposed to do but when it surfaces to tackle the waterline, it is squeaking. The squeaking noise appears to be in sync with the front wheel...

Have you powered down the OL since the outage? If not, I would power down, leave it off 5 minutes, then restart. May unlock your system

Haven't noticed any issues yet at my end but the Hayward website can be a bit flakey so suspect the issue is with their server

Would suspect you would have to delete directly from the Omnilogic panel...perhaps under config wizard? I believe you can then select and edit the BOW that you wish and delete it. Do a config backup before you delete just in case. See page 29 at the URL below...

The issue is likely a coincidence. I have had this happen a couple of times in the past. Both times the fix was to shutdown the Omnilogic from the control panel then power back up. Good luck!

Spray with bleach and water. Wait about 5 minutes...scrub lightly then rinse. Reapply for stubborn stains

Read your contract. I know mine had definite limits as to the date I could pull out of the deal and receive a full refund. When you sign they then commit funds to order equipment, etc for your build. Contracts usually ensure the builder is protected so that they are not stuck with the equipment...

R U sure you properly reinstalled all parts of the impeller cleaning process back in their original placements? If not you should verify as this would cause the behaviour indicated

Are you hard-wired to the Omnilogic ie ethernet connection or accessing via Wi-Fi?

Thanks. Appreciate the input. Checked the manual and it also states 6-34°C / 43-93°F so looks like I'm good to go. Manual does state that wall climbing might be compromised below 59F. Was worried that the cooler temps might shorten the robot's life.

Folks... Had the pool opened this week. Temperatures have since dropped and now water temperature is 50 F. I have not turned on the heater as it will be a few weeks ie mid-May before the weather here will be consistent enough to entertain a comfortable swim. In the meantime, I'd like to clean...

I am partial to the Dolphin brand. There are other major brands as well. Do your research on your needs. It will bring you to the right conclusion for your situation.

I also had issues yesterday with the local weather but assumed it was Hayward server issues. Still trying to find out about the overprovisioning error in case it reappears. Think the two are related but unsure.

Folks.... My Omnilogic had the following alarm appear..." error provisioning request failed". It seems to have cleared up on its own but was wondering if anyone could advise what this means and/or why it might have occurred in the first place? I am assuming it is a communications issue of some...
