The leak is coming from the black ring by the silver bolt. I have tightened the ring as much as I could and it didnt stop it.

Thanks but I have tried all of this and it just does not give me the option to turn it on or enable it. I have emailed my builder to assistance. For tonight I have just turned on the pump on medium and I guess will let it run all night since its going to be in the 20's tonight.
