Hi all, My pb is going to be draining my pool for a beam repair. I have calcium carbonate scaling on the plaster. Was thinking of doing an acid wash to get rid of it but that seems rather involved. Any suggestions on what to do while it's drained?

Nope, nothing between them. They already pulled off some coping and it's just mud bed and tile.

Hi all! Had a fiew pieces of concrete decking replaced on our new pool. When they cut old decking out, I noticed it was sitting on top of beam. Is that ever ok? We have broken coping and tiles in one corner.

Got past the ammonia! Only took 25 gallons of 10%. Now to SLAM, which is holding at 24ppm and little to no CC. Will do an OCLT tonight. Water is way clearer!

Won't stop, until the last 4 gallons run out, then back to Lowe's for me.

Nope, triple checked, pool liquid chlorine 10% from Lowe's. No foam, it's a gas type substance that turns to a foggy mist.

Don't run the SWG?

Closest ocean states to me is in my original hometown! But that's 3.5 hours away :(

Do I need to SLAM after?

I can get gallons of 10% at Lowe's for 3.47

Expensive, probably $500 to $600. Can't fill with public water have to use trucks.
