No robot power supply is totally waterproof. Water is such a small molecule that water ingress is more or less inevitable especially with electrical components that heat cycle. Try to keep it away from moisture as much as possible.

In all my years working on Dolphins and Tigersharks I have literally never needed to replace those. Are yours broken/bent that badly?

If it has the same plug socket it should work. The actual cycle programming is in the robot's motor box, the power supply just adds features like cycle time control/delay timer. They all have the same voltage out.
