Dolphin DX4 Power Supplies

Just purchased a Dolphin DX4 from a local pool dealer. The monitor only half works, the 'maintenance' and half cycle lights do not light up. The robot does a fairly good job overall. (It has
not been able to do much with the half circle stairs on the shallow end.) I am guessing it will eventually get all of the sides cleaned up. After 2 cycles, it looks fairly clean.

The plug that goes into the monitor has 2 prongs, even though the receptacle on the monitor has 4 holes- is this why the monitor only half lights up?

The amphenol plug and socket used on the Dolphins is not proprietary technology, so they just happen to only use 2 of the 4 pins. The panel doesn't completely light up on your specific model because those features are probably locked out on the DX-4, though I'd consult the user manual or the store you bought it from to see if those features came on the unit. If they just don't work, then you just might need a new power supply.
