Cleaner starts for a few seconds, then stops. Power is turned off for a half minute, then restarted. once again it starts then stops.
It will do this 3 or 4 times then will decide to run the full 3 hours. Same responses in the one hour mode. Any suggestions on the defective part part?

Not sure but know someone who many know. Hold on while they get back with us.

Sounds electrical. Either something is jamming up a motor and preventing it from running or there's some sort of break in the cable causing it to stop/start.
