I ordered mine from pool warehouse.com. I was very leary about doing this myself, having never done it before. They really helped me with the process and answered any questions I had along the way. Side note: I am in no way affiliated with this company other than I ordered my liner from them.

As a side note to kadavis, you could turn off the pump when trying to plug it into the return port. It can be troublesome to do it with all that pressure coming out.

There are several vids on YouTube on how to install these safety covers. If you are handy at all these look like they are fairly simple to install.
