Thank you @ajw22. I’ll try to get better pictures later today. I checked that one and there was nothing clogged in there or anything. Spa level continues to drop when pump is off ?.

No. You have valves on each of your suction and return pipes. You need to turn them off one at a time and determine what they go to and label the pipe. I can’t do that from a picture.
You have a valve over the check valve. Shut that valve and see if your spa still drains.
You need to spend some time with your equipment figuring out what each pipe and valve does.
