    Replacement light suggestions

Looking for suggestions for a smart type switch to feed both lights. I have enough cable left to mount a new water proof box beside the breaker box so looking for suggestions. I will most likely feed them off one wire and not leave them separate. Mainly want to be able to set a timer and change...

    Bought a 2nd robot

The motor seals leaked and ruined it. Maytronics only sells the whole assembly for around $450. The year is failed I left it in cold water ( probably 40 ish) but not sure if that impacted it or not.

    Bought a 2nd robot

For those you dont know y Pentair SE died after 3 years like a lot of others so went back to a Polaris 360 and have no complaints. Although it does a better job with leaf's the pool never looked at clean and I saw a " refurbished " nautilus cc Plus for $650 and it shipped from Maytronics. Plan...

    Replacement light suggestions

Thanks I sent inyo an email because I see a couple ones and I’m not sure what the difference is. But I see the junction box it’s only about 25 feet from my light

Replacement SWG cell for Circupool Edge 25

They offered me a discount on a new cell and charged my card but never shipped it..I had to get my CC involved and was resolved but a huge pain..Inyo had their unit on sale so I bought it for not a lot more then the Cell cost. Mine wasn't too hard to replumb so wasn't a huge deal

Replacement SWG cell for Circupool Edge 25

The threads on mine even brand new never felt smooth. Almost like they were cut off slightly. My cell died early and they screwed around and wouldn't honor the warranty so I chunked it and bought a Inyo system.

Replacement SWG cell for Circupool Edge 25

When I had the Edge 40 I had issues with it leaking. Had to lube the threads and use a pair of big pliers and give it an extra 1/8 turn

    Replacement light suggestions

My old light sockets are eroded and pretty much shot. Is my only option to pull the light and cable out and replace them? If so what the best affordable options? Probably going to sell the house in the next 2 years. I can do wiring so not against converting to 12v

Follow up - preparing pool for vacation

You could bump your CYA up to help. My FC was struggling to stay around 5 ( been out of town a lot ) and haven’t checked my CYA all year. Tested it and it was 30, raised it to 80 and the 2 day later with out any other changes my FC was 10. Option B is just get a couple gallons of pool chlorine...

    Questions about Salt Pool

I used to change my pH all the time and finally read here let it find its happy space. Mine goes up to about 7.8 and really doesn’t climb anymore so yours may want to stay around 8.0. Mine still climbs above 7.8 but takes several weeks and still never goes that high. But for the new surface...

Advice on replacing polaris 360 or installing booster bump for 380 or some other cleaner?

I also get a ton of leafs and like my 360. I had a robot for 3 years until it died, it was great for getting up the small dirt but can't justify the cost for something that may break after 3 years. Plus it didn't do any better with leaf's. I was lucky and found a " used" 360 online and it looks...

    Warrior SE died what's next

Haven't been on the forum for a while. Came here hoping to erad " wow they finally made a water proof robot" but sounds like not much has changed. My Polaris is still chugging alone, doesn't get the fine dust but good enough and its repairable ;)
