Make sure the pins in the plug on the housing you plug the cell cable into are not pushed into to connector.

The system is several months old. I’ve had no issues with it until today. I did turn power off and on. I did disconnect the cell and reconnected it. Inspected the unit andwiring to make sure my dog didn’t chew anything. Everything looks normal.

I have a Circupool RJ60+ unit that is not working and menu screen is locked up. Screen display says “cell not match”. Checked the salt and It is at 3200. Water temp is 65. The manual doesn’t say anything about this nor does their web site. Any ideas what is going on?

I wouldn't drain the pool just to put 2 screws in. Get someone to dive the deep end to secure your cover.
