Circupool RJ65+ “cell not match”

I have a Circupool RJ60+ unit that is not working and menu screen is locked up. Screen display says “cell not match”. Checked the salt and It is at 3200. Water temp is 65. The manual doesn’t say anything about this nor does their web site. Any ideas what is going on?

Is this a new or old system? I know nothing about CircuPool systems, but it sounds to me like the controller does not think the cell is the correct type.

Did you just replace the cell?

I would disconnect the cell and see if you can then cycle through the menu option...

Let's see if we can get one of our CircuPool users to chime in...

The system is several months old. I’ve had no issues with it until today. I did turn power off and on. I did disconnect the cell and reconnected it. Inspected the unit andwiring to make sure my dog didn’t chew anything. Everything looks normal.

Call Circupool directly. They will do a short troubleshooting over the phone
to determine if you need a warranty repair.”
