Hello all! I'm a brand new pool owner rookie! We bought a house in March and opened our pool a couple weeks ago and still learning EVERY.THING. We want to learn how to maintain and care for the pool ourselves as we've already been put off by a couple local pool companies. I've been trying to soak up all the TFP info and downloaded the Pool Math app yesterday so I can start testing and tracking all in one place. My question is, if I'm not using liquid chlorine (but rather tablets), am I able to still effectively use the pool math app? I've only seen the setup for liquid chlorine. Thank you!

You can use any form of chlorine you like. Just maintain the FC based on the FC/CYA Levels chart. Test often. When the CYA gets to 60 ppm, drain half the pool volume.

Thank you, do I still just select Liquid Chlorine in the app or am I missing something?
Pucks should be listed as "Trichlor" in the app. Each puck is 8oz.
Thank you for the response! I haven't logged a test yet in the app but I see that will be an option. I was hung up on the "pool setup" under sanitizer with only the liquid chlorine or SWG as options
