@PoolGate can you offer any insight?
I have an Aqualink 3.0, but not seeing this in mine. My iOS app is also up to date.I believe that is an Aqualink 3.0 function only. I do not see it on mine.
So I think I have Jandy PDAP4 with IAquaLink 3.0 Upgrade Kit RS but not sure how to confirm. It's confusing to me, is this different than Aqualink 3.0?I believe that is an Aqualink 3.0 function only. I do not see it on mine.
OP said the problem was solved (see below). Maybe I'll start a separate thread about SWC control from the app vs Web interface.Yeah it would sure be less annoying to skip the web interface for % chlorine level. Could this be an Android vs iOS (or even Chrome OS) mismatch? There's no good reason to assume these are feature identical.
Did we get the original problem resolved? Reading from the start, I'm not convinced OP ever fully cycled power. My Aqualink RS panel never goes down unless I turn off the upstream breaker in the house's panel. The only picture shown here is of equipment breakers.
To get a full reset, all the lights on the AquaLink panel need to go out. Look at Auto/Service/Timeout to be sure. All must be dark.
Not wanting to hijack but how do I get my Aquapure function to show up here?
Dang, I want to know now too! I see mine in web view, but not in the normal app screens.
Thanks for looking into this! I have Rev W and my equipment was installed Fall 2023 for a reference point. It seems that pool automation is stuck in the late 1980’s.I emailed Aqualink support and they finally replied. The SWG setting on the main screen requires Aqualink Revision Y which is the latest I believe. Since Jandy can't do simple firmware updates, that would mean replacing the physical board at I assume an absurdly high cost for a relatively simple addition.
