Official 2023 BBQ, Smoking, Grilling, Baking and Beer thread

Ok flank steak looks nice and juicy. Still following the crispy wings. The best I have ever cooked them was on the gas grill on low heat for about an hour turning them over once or twice. They always seem to be nice and brown and crispy

Darn it - forget to take a picture until after my wife and I dove into this turkey breast. Used a buttermilk brine for 24 hours and then smoked at 250° for about 2-1/2 hours. Turned out juicy and delicious! As expected though, skin wasn’t at all crisp due to the low cooking temp, but I didn’t want to risk drying it out since it was just the breast.

Might be our last weekend in the 70s until fall, so we took advantage and threw together a quick dinner of reverse sear filets, Mexican street corn and loaded baked potatoes. Topped my steak with some homemade horseradish sauce. Exquisite!
