The automatic mode was working fine until recently the filter pump is not turning on anymore and the aux mode turns on . It sounds like it apperas ro be glitching.

There is no control or app installed.

How to fix issue to set it back to filter pump.

What automation system are you using and what is the make and model of pump? Is there a RS485 wire connecting the pump to the automation system?

We need to understand what system is not working. There are many different Automation systems.

Seems similar to issue reported below. Have you tried disconnecting the transceiver J-box?

Thanks for the video and pictures of the Jandy automation system.
Those 2 RED connectors at the top of the PCB are the interface to antenna, pump, etc for control. Each connector has 4 slots to accept a 4 connector wire. I see wires connected there but not sure where they connect to outside of the control box. It appears you may have a PDA attached but not sure. Does any of those wires connect to the pump? Maybe pictures of the pump and equipment pad would help.

The thumping noise in the video sounds like the HP relay is acting up. The filter pump relay is the TOP LEFT relay where the power lines are connected to the Line 1 & 2 slots and it appears the pump CB is connected to the Load 1 & 2 slots.

First idea. Turn off the whole system. Wait a minute or so and then power everything back on. This is a hard reset for the PCB.

If the filter pump relay is bad, you have change it out. To isolate just the filter pump - turn off system again then unplug the pump 24vdc relay plug from its socket. That is the farthest left of the 3 below the PCB.

Aux2 is labeled as lights and that is the relay that is cycling on and off for some reason.

What lights do you have?

Sometimes the lights cycle to change colors.

The Filter pump is not trying to turn on, so it's probably a programming or configuration issue.

Maybe the programming, configuration or settings got changed or erased?

You have to go through the programming, configuration and settings to make sure everything is correct.

In the menu on the indoor control find "clear memory" and start over. That means starting from new on every setting, label aux, programming, time and date, etc.

Have you tried to turn off the system at the breakers and let it reboot?
Do you have a PDA (handheld device) or a wall mounted control system in your home that connects to the unit outside?

so does that mean only way to reprogram is to buy the remote or indoor control system?

You need an interface to check the programming.

Did the old owners leave under bad circumstances?

Can you ask them where the interface is?

Maybe they messed up the programming on purpose?

Maybe they are logging in remotely and changing things?

What pump do they have?

Can you put the system in Service mode and press the pump button?

Is there an antenna for iaqualink?

Do you have a white, blue, or black antenna that looks like this by your Aqualink panel?

The Aqualink cannot be programmed from the outdoor panel. You need to use one of the indoor control panels, PDA, or app. If your system is setup for wireless control you will have an antenna like this.

I enlarged your picture of the top of the PCB that shows the 2 red connectors. There are wires running toeach, so some external control to a pump or an antenna must be connected.
Can you post a picture of your equipment pad and a overview shot of the automation panel. The wires would be coming out of the control box on the left side and would not be in a conduit - just wires.
