Hi there, the jet pump piece to the spa popped out. How do I replace this? Also, where do I find the correct item for this part? I called Leslies and they don’t sell it in store.

Probably hard to see without draining the spa. But it popped out of the wall.

Not sure exactly. Are there two small tabs on the back where it twist-locks on? Is there a piece still in the jet body in the spa?

So looks just like this. Already tried popping on the outer seal and the eyeball. But the eyeball doesn’t screw into anything.This maybe?

The eyeball should be held in by the ring. The ring should snap on to two or three tabs on the fitting in the wall. Can you post a pic of the back of the ring, so I can be sure?
I’ll need to drain the spa to get a better picture. But I tried popping the eyeball in and the outer seal. It will not snap onto anything. I think there is something the eyeball should be screwing into but it’s not.
So can you turn the retainer ring (that you posted a pic of) over so I can see the back? I am trying to determine what it is and how it attaches. Frankly the fitting that I posted does not have an eyeball like that one, nor does any other jet I have seen or found online. Are there other jets like it in the spa?
So update here! I was able to screw out the piece. It’s about 3 inches. How do I find this part, see attached pic. Thanks!

I know of no jet with an insert smaller than the wall fitting. The wall fittings 2 hole design is like American Products jets. But the insert is not like anything AP makes. I am at a loss.

That wont work that I know of. Not even the same manufacturer. But then, I am not sure they weren't already a hodgepodge of different parts. I have never had so much trouble identifying a jet.
I would suggest you order the balboa jet you linked and try it out. Or bring it to a spa parts distributor with a good selection in stock for a side-by-side comparison.
