My 2 cents on a couple of your items:

intellichlor SWG vs - The VS goes with the pump (Variable Speed), just a IC40 or IC60 (if your pool is over 20k gallons)
suction vac plumbed in - No, you want a robot, or at least a polaris type. Suction vacs suck :) If you get a robot, you will need an electrical outlet closeish to the pool.
cartridge filter (no idea help) - Cartridge or DE are the best, the bigger the better
pebble finish flooring - you want the walls too

ok I am spending you rmoney so here it goes:

  • pentair intellicenter automation
    • with integrated intellichlor IC40 SWG bundle
    • bundle also comes with the two motorized actuators you will need
    • GFCI convienence outlet installed on side of IntelliCenter
    • LED light over equipment pad controlled by IntelliCenter
    • you want indoor control pane?
    • you want control panel by spa?
  • 16x32 pool freeform
  • beach entry with flagstone on tanning shelf (I will let others comment if flagstone is a wise choice)
  • spa 8 foot with 12 inch rise with overflow
  • auto fill
  • auto drain installed in skimmer and above halfway up skimmer mouth
  • swim out deep end
  • 4 wall returns
  • 2 skimmers with homeruns
  • 1 VGBA compliant main drain plumbed homerun with diverter valve
  • suction vac plumbed in
  • all valves to be never lube diverter valves
  • 2 inch Pvc sch 40 for pool suction and 1.5" PVC for returns
  • All equipment pad plumbing to be 2" PVC
  • 9 inch steps with tile trim around perimeter
  • paver deck (what should underlayment of pavers be? polymeric sand between pavers?
  • paver coping - why? put solid stone on coping.
  • sleeve for umbrella and volleyball net
  • Pentair microbrite led lights - 1 in spa, 3 in pool - locations TBD
  • spa
    • 2.5 in suction lines
    • 2 inch drains size
    • spa jets - how many - 6?
    • Spa jets have separate pump and suction loop
    • You want spa blower or venturi air intake for air bubbles in spa?
  • screen enclosed - height of walls and ceiling?
  • Pentair UltraTemp 140 heat pump
  • Pentaor CCP420 cartridge filter
  • pebble finish pool surface
  • what type of waterline tile and tile on face of spa?
  • GFCI electrical outlet by pool to plug in pool cleaner robot
  • Independently buy Maytronics Dolphin S200 robot cleaner from Marina Pool

The way the image is posted it is barely readable.

For equipment we need specific manufacturers and model numbers - pump, filter, heater, SWG, lights, automation, cleaner?

How many gallons in your pool?

Have you ever been in a spa at a hotel where you turn a switch to get the spa bubbling with air? That comes from a spa air blower and can give vigorous agitation of the water.

A venturi air intake is just an open pipe that tries to suck air in with the water flow to create bubbles. Some builders know how to make them work and other builders can;t seem to get much air out of such a system.

oh ok makes sense.

this is size pool
looks like you are going to have a steep/fast drop to the deep end... any way to go longer? I kinda like the spa back closer to the house, mine is like that and I do also watch tv from the spa.. and then you can do a water feather at the deep end, jump rock, waterfall/jump rock or even raised wall or something then you will have 2 water features,. spa and others.. we love our tanning ledge.. yes it takes up some room but not too much in the way our pool is designed.. we really wanted to be able to play volleyball hence not wanting too steep of a drop. Ours is almost 36 feet 6.5 deep.. jumping only , no diving. oh and a slide.
