I was asking Hunter because the hazys are my preference the days...

This one is super juicy and quite delightful:

This one is almost as good as the Boat Shoes:

There's a nationwide shortage so I buy out the store whenever I can find it

Bob Thanks for the post I will have to look for that in my local grocery and liquor stores to try :cheers;

No officers, Brian doesn’t have a drinking problem, why do you ask?

Hey guys. I air fry my turkey for thanksgiving past few years. 2 years ago I found an injection online that had a few drops of liquid smoke in it. Last year I couldn’t find it again. I forgot to bookmark it. I have been searching and searching but no luck.

Do any of you guys have an injection with liquid smoke in it I can use for the bird?

I know it also had chicken stock in it. Other than that I’m blank.

Hey JIM I would also be Interested turkey day is coming up soon and it would give me a reason to experiment :cheers:

Oh yeah, I’m a steak and tater man. Ribeye and NY Strip are my 2 favorites. Not sure how you sauté your shrooms, but I do mine in olive oil, fresh garlic, and a splash of balsamic vinegar. Yum!

Rob I also do it that way too but I did not have any balsamic so I used Worcestershire sauce instead and it was yummy :cheers:

I just can’t find it. I have googled the heck out it. Nothing.

Hopefully someone chimes in here. It was really good. Tasted smoked. A nice salt taste but not too salty if that makes sense. I have no idea why I didn’t bookmark it.

I've started making my own injections, some melted butter, stock, and seasoning and then you can get the taste you want. Throw some together and try it out on chicken ahead of time until you get it where you want it before thanksgiving gets here

Well I haven't got a pool yet (starting the project soon). But I can contribute to this thread. This is my pride and joy smoker along with some photos of items I've cooked.

Welcome to TFP. Good looking barbque. Nice smoker never heard of the brand and how different to have a propane log starter. I imagine all your food to have a great smokey and earthy flavor :cheers: Like the slicing knife ;)

The log starter is a nice addition. But now I usually start with a chimney full of lump charcoal. I've found that it leaves a coal bed longer than just using wood. But the propane starter is helpful if I need a fire boost. I've been very happy with everything coming out of this thing.

So you guys think a beer injection vs a non beer injection would be better?

I’m just going to add a few drops of liquid smoke to either one.
