Hey JIM I would also be Interested turkey day is coming up soon and it would give me a reason to experimentHey guys. I air fry my turkey for thanksgiving past few years. 2 years ago I found an injection online that had a few drops of liquid smoke in it. Last year I couldn’t find it again. I forgot to bookmark it. I have been searching and searching but no luck.
Do any of you guys have an injection with liquid smoke in it I can use for the bird?
I know it also had chicken stock in it. Other than that I’m blank.
Oh yeah, I’m a steak and tater man. Ribeye and NY Strip are my 2 favorites. Not sure how you sauté your shrooms, but I do mine in olive oil, fresh garlic, and a splash of balsamic vinegar. Yum!

I've started making my own injections, some melted butter, stock, and seasoning and then you can get the taste you want. Throw some together and try it out on chicken ahead of time until you get it where you want it before thanksgiving gets hereI just can’t find it. I have googled the heck out it. Nothing.
Hopefully someone chimes in here. It was really good. Tasted smoked. A nice salt taste but not too salty if that makes sense. I have no idea why I didn’t bookmark it.
