Pool is covered and temperature is 94*, unfortunately we’re at our place in Miramar Beach and the water temperature is only about 70* so no swimming for us.

79° but air temp won't above the mid-50s tomorrow, if the weather guy is correct. Come on summer, we're waiting!

80 just turned on the heater to heat to 86 and then we'll see what happens. Going to be a great sunny week and weekend in Florida! ☀

been steady around 88-89F for the last few days..... no help from heater or covers, just pure TX sunshine ?
Opened pool on Monday, temp was at 54. Checked yesterday and we're at 60 in just a few days, no heater so we are hoping for the warmer weather to start.

Turned off solar. Temp is 89 degrees and it feels great. Temps this weekend is going to be mid to high 90’s. Guess what I will be doing ?
58 this morning... just opened it. Kicked on the heatpump and working on getting some of the leaves off the bottom between cups of coffee.
Heat pump finally kicked off at the designated 88 degrees. That'll be the water temp (give or take a couple of degrees) until we shut it all down in the fall.
Ambient temps rarely get high enough, long enough, to worry about water temps getting much into the 90's. I would say about 75% of the time the pool temp at 88 is at or above the ambient temps. Even when we do get a hot stretch into triple digits, it usually doesnt last long enough to significantly affect water temp. We also have a substantial water feature that helps keep water temps down. Lastly, and this is pure speculation on my part, our deep end is 10 feet deep. I'm thinking the main drains may be pulling water that is maybe a couple degrees cooler than the surface and circulating it back up top.
At any rate...just a long winded response to your question. I should've just said, "I dunno.....hasn't been a problem so far"?
85.6 right now ... no heating other than the sun on the pool... Summer is HERE!
