Is there any way to get liquid chlorine in larger quantities? I would love to be able to procure this in 5+ gallons as it would be so much easier to deal with and so much less waste.

Anyone has good leads around Northern VA, I have access to fresh 6% from 2.60 to 2.99 a gallon.
- Walmart has some 10% but all dates codes are in 18 300~
- HD does not carry regular bleach on my stores, or they are hiding it.
- Lowe's store them outside but i will check again soon.

Does Menards usually do their sale right around Memorial Day? I feel like they always put theirs on sale a week or two after I really need it in mid-May. Most years recently I've found the 4 packs of 128oz 12.5% on sale at Fleet Farm here in Wisconsin for $10. I'm kind of shocked (ha) at how high the prices are that i see quoted here by most of the folks down south.

Grrr. I guess I'm too late, not too early. Considering it's been raining and 45 degrees here I hadn't even thought of opening the pool yet.

Where (which HD) did you get that price? I'm at Four Points just down the road from Lakeway. I always check the shipment date code on the box.
Home Depot lists the 3 pack for $9.98 but if you buy 4 or more packs, they drop the price to $8.98. $8.98/3 = $2.99/gal

Just picked up 4 cases at HD date code 19-128. I think HD is selling a lot more since groceries are all 6% now.
Too bad they keep it outside. Stock up now before the summer heat wave hits!
Kroger here in Cincinnati has 10% in 4 packs for $10. That's the normal price, not a sale price.

I've ruined 2 pair of $12 shorts. Must learn to stop wiping my hands on said apparel. Carry on.
I have a couple shirts with nice white spots on them from splashback when dumping bleach in like an animal instead of in a nice slow stream.
