Dogs and Brats!

Family in St Louis hooked me up with the brat recipe - get the grille marks on the brats and, when they’re spitting juices, split it down the center, pile in saurkraut and throw some hot sauce on top. Then move to a cooler part of the grille to finish cooking. The juice from saurkraut mixes deep into the brat and gives it some mouth puckering flavor...I use Chullula brand hot sauce but you can pick whatever you like.

Definitely needs a lot of beer to wash it down.
