CYA today is only at 30. FC down to 4.5 so still losing chlorine. I guess I will add the rest of my stabilizer.
It is normal to lose chlorine. Typical pools lose 2 to 4 PPM every day that needs to be added back in
When did you add the CYA? It takes a few days for it to fully disperse in the water and show up in testing (my personal experience, with a tiny pool!)Well yeah I do know that but I was at 8.5 yesterday. My CYA is only 30 so I need more and it seems odd that it barely increased with around 1 lb added.

I would say continue keeping the FC up until there is "no loss"
I would, because regardless, pool still needs more FC anyways =)2 days ago. Maybe wait until tomorrow?

More than 4.5? I mean my SWG will start up soon.
Yes because after a quick skim read, it sounds like you need to SLAM Process the pool, it is not passing the Overnight Chlorine Loss Test
Whoops, I caught this, but didn't realize it was a daytime test =)You read too quick. I passed the OCLT. not slamming.
So yes, up the FC to match your SWG CYA [FC/CYA][/FC/CYA]And it’s clear that I’m low because I was at 12.5 this morning and 8.5 now.

PoolMath!!!!
1 pound of stabilizer in a 13500 gallon pool (your sig say 12k-15k what is it really???) would add 8.9ppm of CYA ... that is not likely distinguishable on your test.
Get measurements of your pool, with help if needed (length, width, depth=shallow&deep) That will give you a closer estimate to your pool size =)I don’t know the exact volume of my pool.
Ok. I’ll add more...I’m scared, my pool was so high last year.
Provide some dimensions: length, width, depths
Can you put a picture of the entire pool?
I posted a whole thread about this last year. I’ll link it later.
The 2 straightish edges are 35' x 20'. The shallow end is 3' and the deep end is 5'
