Stenner Pumps
Stenner Pumps offer a totally enclosed design with a brushed motor for light duty or general intermittent applications. The pumps work well for fluid transfer of Muriatic acid or Liquid Chlorine. The ease of maintenance and replacement parts make it Ideal for a DIY pool owner.
This systems can be used together with automation or independent. There are many models of stenner pumps but the ideal for pool use are Fixed speed with or without timer activation. This way you only have to determine how much run time for the pump to dose. The pump is approved by cULus for indoor and outdoor use and carries NSF 61 and 372 which are drinking water standards. The 25 psi models are tested and certified by Intertek to Standard ANSI/NSF 50, equipment for swimming pools, spas, hot tubs, and other recreational water facilities.
How it works
The Stenner design is based off a peristaltic pump that consist of a 3 roller head assembly that presses agains a Santoprene tube. It can feed from a proprietary design tank or a regular general purpose tank, you just have to make sure it has a breathing line to a well ventilated area.
The injection point has to placed on the return line after any other equipment or device. The injection device includes a check valve to prevent back flow. Tubes are available in 1/4 or 3/8 in UV black(chlorine) or White(acid).

Stenner Pump Models
Econ VX and FX Series
The Econ VX is a variable speed pump and features an adjustable potentiometer. Choose from a selection of six different models with output ranges of 0.8 to 38.8 gallons per day. Each model in the VX series is differentiated by the output and the pressure range.
The Econ FX is identical to the VX except it is a fixed speed pump without an adjustment. The pump runs at full speed when power is applied. The FX outputs are the equivalent to the maximum output of the VX pump. Each model in the FX series is differentiated by the output and pressure range. The pumps are also offered in 24VDC for installations where standard voltage is unavailable.
Econ T Series
The Econ T provides a 24-event control capability with an integral timer in a compact pump for light duty applications requiring a dosing schedule. There are 24 independent programmable on and off events within a 7-day period. The minimum is 1 minute up to a maximum of 23 hours and 59 minutes within each programmed event. Each event can be programmed for a specific ON time and a specific OFF time in increments by hour and minute. The control panel with an LCD display has a programmable clock using a 24-hour format and a battery backup to maintain the internal time and programmed event settings. The display indicators represent the days of the week, operating mode and the events. During operation, the panel displays the current day, time and mode of operation.
Pentair IntellipH
The Pentair IntellipH is an add-on to full Pentair automation like the EasyTouch and IntelliCenter. It includes the Stenner pump, 5 gallon tank and controller.
Hayward
Hayward acid or liquid chlorine feed system offers a high capacity 15GPD pump that can be used with AquaRite Pro, ProLogic, OmniLogic and Commercial CAT controllers.
Stenner Tanks
Stenner Tank Systems are available for the Classic Series Single Head pumps, the S Series pumps, and the Econ Pump Line. Most Tank Systems consist of the tank and pump shipped pre-assembled to save time on installation. The Tank System for the S Series is shipped with the pump boxed separately within the tank box to protect it during shipping. The S Series pump will easily slide onto the pre-installed mounting bracket on the tank.
Tank Systems and Tanks are available in UV-resistant gray or translucent white in 3 sizes.

The polyethylene construction is both lightweight and rugged. The tank has incremental solution level indicators and is equipped with a child-resistant lid. The pumps are vertically mounted over the tank containment basin.
Maintenance
Stenner pumps require very little maintenance, mainly replacing the Santoprene tube. It is suggested every year depending on inspection.
