Currently using an ISP Controller for 160k gallon commercial pool. Controller will not feed acid when pH is calibrated and now ORP is going into limit control until reset. From what I can tell controller is using TPK encryption which I’m told is 2012 technology. So considering I can’t get WiFi to work and now the feeding issues, looking at options. Considering replacing probes before I replace entire controller system but open to suggestions.

Do you mean ISP or IPS? We probably need a full description of equipment with model #s, preferably with pictures.
