I would inspect the flow switch. As Sean points out, those can have some issues with either debris or bent.

Our tri-sensor appeared to look fine (flow switch, etc no cracks and not bent or twisted) however Autopilot sent me a new one to swap out and try (thanks Sean!). Swapped out the tri-sensor and I was able to lower the pump rpms to 1100 (down from 1525 rpms)!! Not only is the Digital Nano happy but I am too! Thanks for all the help and knowledge I received on this forum and from the Autopilot staff!!!
