White flake

I opened my pool to clear water got everything set up to a smooth opening. I have some sort of white flakes on the top of my water anyone know what this is and how to deal with it?

There have been reports of pollen in the Northeast. Do you have pollen on other surfaces?

Yes have pollen on the deck around the pool. Anything I can do or just wait it out?

Wait it out. Your skimmer should be sucking it up. Use skimmer socks if you want to keep it out of our filter.
