When do you remove your pool cleaner?

Just picked up a Polaris Quattro. I had a 3900 previously and never took it out of the pool.

When do you all remove your pool cleaners, when you SLAM, add liquid chlorine, muriatic acid or any other time?

I’d like to pull the Quattro if it would be hurt by any of the above.

My Polaris 380 lives 24/7 in the water for over 10 years. Adding chemicals should not affect the cleaner as long as you don’t add chemicals right on top of it.

Love to get some reports of how the Quattro cleaner works for you.

I put my cleaner in about once a week, let it run for about 8 hours and take it out. I figure the less time in the sun the longer the hoses will last.
