What's your current pool temp?

Mine hit 90 this past weekend. All natural sun, no covers or heater.

Mine is 86 with cover and solar. We have been 87-90 but a lot of cold cover and we are dropping to 68-70 at night. If we ever stop dropping 20+ degrees at night, I might get the 90+ pool temp that I crave. The kids don't even ask me to get in anymore, they just look at me with very sad eyes.

It's been rainy, so hadn't turned on my heat pump until today. Went from 75 to 80 in 6 hrs (it is 84 outside with partial sun today). Solar cover on 2/3 of pool. Jumped in, feels good, but the water from the jets feels a lot better! Should be at set temp tomorrow (84). I can tell the Gulf Stream HP is going to be an appreciated investment.

With it still getting to into the low 70's at night and mid 80's during the day the pool is hanging around 81 to 82. Just warm enough to get in for me. You guys with a spa, do you use it during the middle of summer? I ask because this pool was not finished until last September, so i missed the hottest part of summer. I can see the pool getting into the upper 80's and the spa would only 10 to 15 degrees higher. Not even sure i would want to get into a spa in the middle of summer.

I could do 81 or 82 pool water. 85 and up preferred.

We use the hot tub year around. Usually only in the morning in summer. Depending on the morning temp and water temp I'll either dive in the pool or jump in the hot tub. or both! Have to turn the temp down to 97 or 98 or else you will sweat!

Mine was 65 yesterday before I turned on the heater..now it is 72 and I have a pool company trying to put in a new pool light and fix a leak. I thought they would have wet suits but no...cold!

My hottub is free standing. We actually do use it in the summer as my grandson thinks its the perfect size for him. We just set the temp to be on the summer settings which is 85. It does rise itself from the heat, but not that much. Still just warm enough to enjoy after swimming too.
