Solar cover did great holding in the heat with the frozen tub drain weekend. Lows in the 40s and hi sat was 65 and Sunday was 73. Oh, and lots of rain too.

88 yesterday, 87 today. We're supposed to cool down next week, so I'll likely be back into the low 80's again, but the solar blanket helps a ton this time of year.
52 today. I'm somewhat happy it's still covered as the trees are still dropping stuff. Hope to make it a couple more weekends before it gets in the high 50's.

peaked at 62 the other day, then 58 on average (reading taken at about 8" deep on 48" of actual water, 18' round), today though its 53.5 after a cold spell in SW PA (no solar cover in use just yet).. added two game solar dome heaters with a bypass diverter kit, hoping it will add a few degrees over the "norm" as the sun gets hotter in the next month
We have had 4 inches of rain and unseasonable cool weather. We were all the way up to 79 degrees and the rain and cool dropped it all the way back down to 65. We were so close!!

I'm about 79, all natural, no cover. Very close to swimming... I like water in the 80s.

What a difference a couple of days makes....I said 79, after measuring earlier in the week. Just measured 82.4. It's officially swim season!

Got up to 76 last week, currently 72, was 68 the other day after cold snap

50 degree water temp yesterday. Air temp was 63 and very humid. So, I jumped in... maybe for 30 seconds... it was... umm... Refreshing!
This was my first time in the pool (with water) since adding water last November.
13 days ago I was standing on the ice in this exact spot.
