What type of controller for an older hot tub?

I’ve been reading up on hot tubs and it appears I have a fairly rare situation. There is no controller or even a timer. All controller via breakers. Tub is built in to a sunroom so replacement is not an easy option. Not sure if it matters, but all spa equipment is located on the other side of the sunroom wall, in my basement.

Some more details:
Tub - Jacuzzi Verona
Pump - Century 2 speed, 1.5 horse
Heater - Comfortzone
Filter - Jacuzzi CFT cartridge

All that said, I need to get some type of controller and the tub operational to keep my wife happy. She has been asking me to get it working for 8 years now and has been very patient.

Why not a digital timer for a 2 speed pump. Intermatic makes several.
