I have a TF-100 test kit that is year and a half old. It looks like some of the reagents are off, since I retested my water at the pool store + using my friend's new TF-100 test kit and the CH (for example) in my test is 150 ppm off.

What is the lifespan of this test kit, i.e. how long are the reagents good for until they need to be replaced?

It is best to get a new set of reagents once a year. TFTestkits has an early season sale on refills.

The R0013 reagent is very stable and will hold longer.

1 year is the recommendation.
Many of us find that many of the reagents last longer though ;)
Although it also greatly depends on how you store your test kit (should be climate controlled out of the sun).

The dyes (like the R-0011L) tend to go bad quickest.

You did just miss the end of season sale, but they will have another sale in March.
Up in NY, I would think there is not much left in your season and may try to "get-by" with what you have and replenish in the early spring.
