I have a 2,150 GPH Intex sandfilter pump and my pool is 16x48. When I hook up Wanda she works for about 15mins and then basically stays in one spot and goes around in circles. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I found when she did not work as well as she could I needed to clean the filter. See if that helps!
These cleaners need good suction. I'd say at least 1 HP pump and yes, a clean filter.
