Vegas OB! Just got plans back and need some feedback (pics included :) )

So fill started 30 mins ago at 3:30 pm 6/9/17. It is filling pretty fast and I guess I have good water pressure cause I have 2 hoses going and the water in the house is still strong.
I caught the water meter (thanks Brian) after I started but I would guess that there was around 100 gallons in the pool


I guess all 300 pounds of beads didn't make it into the pool hahaha. Free beads on my deck....
 
So pretty. It looks like you have a lot of black stones like ours. Sit back and have a drink. We are so excited for you :cheers:

Well, I nearly spit out my Blue Bell when I scrolled down to these shots! You've got to be kiddin' me!! I have NEVER seen such sparkling plaster before or after the acid wash!!! No lie, that is unbelievable!!! It looks more like diamond encrusted plaster!

And you may be moving in a couple of years??? I get first bid on your house! I'm movin' to Vegas! :laughblue:

I was tied up all day - disappointed I missed all the fun. I am so happy for you! :bounce::bounce::bounce: I can't even imagine how excited you are! Your water is going to be like a jewel full of sparkle!

Oh, and don't worry about the pool overflowing tonight - you won't be sleeping! Honestly, for me it felt like when I was little and waiting for Santa Claus. I'd sleep 30 minutes and jump up to peek at the pool.

Thank you all for he compliments, we are very excited and happy that this journey is coming to an end. I can honestly say the pool came out better than I planned and my subs have exceeded my expectations! And it's funny cause I would describe my plaster in the sun as sparkly cement or diamond crusted lol. The spa water and plaster was so shiny I had second thoughts that I way overdid it. But here are a few more fill pics because I always want others to post a lot of pics so I hope it helps someone and if it's to many I'm sorry in advance lol
I actually like the fill water color

Plasterer wanted water to rainfall into deep end once it had a foot so water wouldn't dent the plaster



The extra light I had installed at gunite in the steps in the shallow end. Also they filled the void where the return was

The wife caught me playing in the pool but she didn't see me splashing before she got out her camera :)

I will share a funny story tomorrow about the plaster and my wife and I will also post more pics tomorrow when it's full

That is BEAUTIFUL! The tile on the steps and the color is AWESOME! Should be stunning tomorrow! Hopefully it will be sunny. You really got a wonderful deal if the guy comes with, in the last picture!
