I KNOW there is NO way he is at work when this HUGE job is being done! He is out there hand placing each bead for maximum BLING effect!

Man!!! I'm a little upset and IMAZ is correct, duty called so I didn't get to see everything going on but I'm back so I will update now. They just finished plaster but have not done the acid wash yet and the pool already looks amazing! I'm so sorry for the delay cause I know how it is to wait on others.... but I had to go do the thing that pays for the bling hahahahah
So just to clarify for everyone.... I will have 300 pounds of glass beads and 40 pounds of alabone shells. I hope it shines like the sun

Now remember to wrap something on the end of the hoses metal parts and over the end to act as a filter of sort. We are always surprised when we see how much stuff just a shirt or washcloth with catch. The hoses should be placed right by the main drain so there is not "flow" over the plaster that could cause streaks or such.
Do NOT worry if you see some green!!! Your true plaster color will take a while to come out as the water balances and the plaster cures.

I'm happy for you Big Willy Style! You went big instead of going home! Can't wait to see it finished. Do they sprinkle or mix beads and shells? They mixed my black Quartz but looks like beads and shells got hand tossed?
They had to mix my beads because there was so many and they also mixed shells as well. But he did hand cast some extra on benches, steps, spa, and shallow end.
I'm so very happy with these guys and they are meticulous, they are cleaning between each tile and marker step so finish is perfect. Although it does probably help that a huge man is standing over them taking a million pictures for my friends at TFP hahahaha
Sweet! Check your water meter just before you start so you will know exactly how many gallons your pool is. Also, once it gets filling you should get a sense of how long it takes to fill an inch or other increment (6") so you can estimate how long your fill will take. Especially so this twice to confirm accuracy before you go to sleep so you are sure you won't overflow overnight.
