It's been a while, so I figured I'd give an update. Our punch list still has plenty of things on it but the pool is functional, 95% of the dirt is gone, and we have sprinkler/grass so I'm being patient.
We are loving the pool and used it every day. I'm learning the ropes on the upkeep and keeping the water balanced and clear. So far it hasn't been too bad but I'm excited to be able to use the robot and salt cell soon

I like cleaning the pool at night when it not so hot. Water temp has held between 87-92 without using the heater. I did fire the heater on the other day just to make sure it works right before they come back out. Never mind the extension cord running to the pool equipment shed, my sprinkler controller is in there now but they haven't hooked up the GFCI outlets.
For the most part, we have all our pool deck furniture. I bought most of the Polywood pieces over the winter but my wife wanted to add one more lounger and side table. I ordered those over a month and a half ago but the lounger still not suppose to show up until the end of July and the prices went up on everything

. We also thought we might put the Adirondack Polywood chairs on the sun deck every once a while but they are so heavy and have left blue scuff marks on the pool deck that I don't trust it on the white plaster, so we picked up some of the Lowes plastic ones yesterday to try out.
The bigger punch list items still left are concrete for extension of the RV pad, rock walk-path to pool deck, finish fire pit, playground area (playground mulch, garden boxes, and future shed rock), hook up all GCFI outlets around pool deck & pool equipment shed, fix fences (yes we still have a giant dump truck opening in our fence), and swap out pool pumps for variable speed intelliflos. There are some other smaller finishing items but we'll focus on those for now. Since everyone loves pictures, here are a couple I snapped yesterday during the day and at night.
