Yes. I still have it.
The model number of the card is 521936Z.

It is the expansion card that slide connects to the left of the i5P mother card. It can be used for the following reasons:
1. As a replacement to an existing i5PS daughter card.
2. When upgrading a system from one body of water to two bodies of water.
3. When up to two additional valve actuators are needed.
4. When adding a second device that utilizes an IS4 Remote connection.
