Upgrade from quartzscapes to Jewelscapes 50-50 pebble and glass

My pool contractor quoted us $4000 upgrade from quartzscapes to Jewelscape with 50-50 pebble and glass
Is it reasonable?
What is your experience with jewelscapes?

I don’t understand the difference between the 50/50 Jewelscapes and the Stonescapes with the beads added. When I was looking at the samples at NPT they looked exactly the same. I asked the sales girl the difference and she had no idea.
