Two different stains

One is I think metals in water this developed during the winter (southeast Texas). It is very very slowly coming out with brushing.
The other is dark green patches in various places.

Trying to get some decent pictures. And even when I do I don’t have a clue as to how to get them on here. Would I move them to my laptop in a file then attach file?
