Trouble with EasyTouch 8 & lights

Good morning everyone.

In the beginning, our contractor had our lights on Demo mode. I read up on the lights, watched a few YouTube tutorials and tried to assign them so I could change the color. This did not work. Our contractor came over did something, and we now had control of the lights. He said he synched them up.

Well the lights are back in demo mode, and I can't figure out how to fix it. I tried to sync the lights but is does not work. I'm not finding what I need on the internet and pentair customer service has had me on hold a combined 30 minutes to speak to a representative. Pentairs reps could not help me.

Has anyone had this problem before ? How do I get rid of the demo mode and get the intellibright lights functioning again.
