What should the combined chlorine be then? Mine usually checks in at 1 drop and it’s clear which is about .25.Out of range.
Thanks, and what is the ascending arrow I’ve got on CYA mean?CC is not a critical item except at the end of the SLAM process. Just go into Settings and deselect tracking it. And there is no need to test for it on a regular basis.
Just to expand on the magnificent Mr. K’s comment. Are you consistently using liquid chlorine? (Per your profile) If you are also using tabs or granular occasionally your CYA will likely rise over time. Per the TFP mantra, keep a careful eye on this as CYA and Cl levels are the foundation of proper water chemistry balance for oxidation's/sanitizing.Means it has been rising. So you must have added stabilizer which raised the CYA.

With further review, the upward arrow means you are at the top of the acceptable range.
Ok, that makes more sense. Thanks! With further review, the upward arrow means you are at the top of the acceptable range.
Use 10 ml samples for FC / CC and save 2.5X the reagents. Each drop is 1/2 and plenty good enough for what we need to do.Mine usually checks in at 1 drop and it’s clear which is about .25.
