Pool is free form and we are looking at 6" square tile for water line (1" for trim on steps). Probably porcelain type, not glass, and interested in a tone-on-tone or less variation. I'm looking for a tile that will blend well with the Tropics Blue mini-pebble (Stone Scapes). Thanks.

Your next thing to think about is the color of the grout. White or light gray will make each tile pop. A medium gray will help them blend in with each other. They should have grout sticks for you to use to see what each color looks like with the different grouts.
It is very important to look at all of this in YOUR yard where the pool will be.
