Tile install would you complain?

The spa and waterline tile were all perfect; got to back waterfall, can see outline of sheets and grout lines don’t match. Curious if you would complain how bad is this.

Yeah, I would have the Pool Builder over and point to the good areas and tell him to bring back the guys(s) who did that and redo the ugly areas.

My guess is that there was a different guy tiling the back waterfall. Or if one guy he got tired and it was getting late.

As long as tile availability is not an issue and you think you have the guy who can install it looking good then have it redone. Make clear what quality standards you expect. The good area shows they can do it.

Some of the photos don't look too good and if it were me, I would not be happy and want it redone. Having said that, I will likely live with some substandard work because some things aren't practical to change. If it's something that will be an ongoing irritant for you, then press for them to change it otherwise you may be looking at it for years.

Nope and adult word NOPE! There is NO pride in workmanship showing there at all. It was all get it up and leave. You can clearly see where one sheet started and the next one began. BYE to that bad tile job!
