Hi Everyone, I had NPT's Arctic Ice pool tile. Unfortunately it was defective. The sun damaged and cracked the tiles that were above the waterline. I've been very disappointed because I've been searching for months and months to find a similar color and style and I just can't find it. They discontinued this exact tile and I'm wondering if anyone knows if the manufacturer will fix the issue and put a new, non-flawed Arctic Ice pool tile back on the market? You would think the issue would be fixed and they would get it back out to market, especially since it seemed to be a very popular purchase item. The color was so natural with a light simmer of iridescent and the glass had a seashell effect. The color was perfect and gave the pool a natural look with a hint of simmer at sundown and evening. There's only one that is exactly similar but the color is way too dark for us. I would have to go with a totally different pool finish to match it and I do not want a dark pool. I'm looking to keep the sky blue pool finish and pari it with a natural looking pool tile that blends in with the surroundings, with a hint of iridescent shimmer. Most of the glass tiles are either dark, too green with not enough blue in them or too blue, or they are too glam and have too much "bling" or bright iridescent shine. ugh. It's really too bad this happened to us and others. We loved this glass tile.

If anyone knows of a similar tile maybe with a different name or if this exact tile might come back to the market, please let me know. I appreciate it.
