tile grout cleaning

is there anything out there that cleans tile grout. not alge, just whiten it back up. this is the grout above the water line.

I have tried straight liquid chlorine in a spray bottle.

Surprised no one has chimed in with a reply on this one. I guess everyone's grout is clean. Bleach with a soft brush would've been my first thought as well. Hopefully others will reply with this bump.
