Taking the plunge... (pun intended)

Just needing some (slightly un-needed) confirmation that I’m not crazy.
Looking for “what would you do in my situation” answers.
Pictures attached are the current plaster. It got done 3 days ago and acid washed and we proceeded to fill it immediately after.
As you can see, there’s a (not so faint) arrow on our tanning bed. A streak underneath the jet (it discharged a bunch of random stuff right after plaster crew left) and a bunch of random white & brown spots (I only took pics of the main parts in the middle of the pool/shallow end).
Please let me know how you would approach your PB. Keep in mind, our PB was very difficult to work with and not accommodating. A lot of excuses and issues throughout this process. Do I even have a “legal” leg to stand on?
Thanks for any input you have.

A bit of sloppy work but the cure can be worse then the disease.

Your pool builder will offer to acid wash the areas or your entire pool. That will remove a layer of plaster and reduce the life of your plaster. You can decide if you want to live with the flaws or have thinner plaster.

The flaws are not bad enough to make any legal claim. We have seen much worse.
