That's a cool feature I never noticed! Says lowers pH by .56 so that could be it. The TA is 80 so it's at the top of the suggested range. Usually it will climb up to 90 at some point and I'll lower the pH to knock it back down. With the pH being low I was getting a bit concerned how to handle that if the TA goes up but the pH is already low.

Bingo! You figured it out!

Now to bring the pH up you can do lots of cannon balls or turn the returns so they roll the water real good.

There will be no cannonballs in this 73 degree water so I'll have to mess with the returns. Good idea, though.
